LYRIC THEATRE OF LEADVILLE will hold open ensemble auditions for its upcoming fall production of The Addams Family, scheduled to be performed this fall at the historic Tabor Opera House.

Auditions will take place at the Old Church in Leadville on the following dates:

• Thursday, April 2 | 7:00–8:30 PM

• Saturday, April 4 | 1:00–2:30 PM

These auditions are open to all ages and experience levels. Three ensemble members have already been cast, and the production team expects to cast approximately 12 additional performers.

All principal roles have been cast through an invitation process. These auditions will focus on building a strong ensemble that helps bring the world of the Addams family to life on stage.

In The Addams Family musical, the ensemble plays a central role as the ancestors of the Addams family, spirits from centuries past who return to the Addams home for a fateful gathering. The ensemble appears throughout the show in musical numbers and scenes, helping create the eerie, comedic, and whimsical atmosphere that defines the story. Ensemble members sing, move, and interact with the main characters as part of the Addams family's delightfully strange world.

Those interested in auditioning do not need to prepare anything in advance. Participants will be guided through a short audition process that may include singing, movement, and group work.
